Dots and Coms are a working example that you can have best price and best quality from a single website developer. The most noticeable difference compared to New Zealand development houses was their positive nature, friendly attitude and genuine desire to create the best website possible for us. We weren't told that typos are insignificant and will be fixed later or that changing that poor design feature was beyond the scope - they just got on and fixed the problem. What's more, because of the time difference they'd have the problem fixed overnight ready for you to view first thing the next day.
Communication wasn't an issue and their technical capability is second to none. Rarely could something not be done but in such cases they had a very capable technical team on hand to find a quick resolution. They also developed a very intuitive content management system for us that allows us to update our website ourselves in real time and at a very low cost. We demanded perfection and so they did they - working with Dots and Coms is by far the best experience we have had working with a website developer.
